  My wife has been a real estate agent for over 18 years now and has worked with some of the best out there. She moved to Hudson Valley Home Connection around 5 months ago. Over the years she has worked at 3 other companies. She tells me she thinks this is the best move she has made. She loves that the agents are always willing to help out with anything. She feels very welcomed. She told me that their on top of all advertising, social networking, law's and regulations. She says that they're very organized and believe me she likes organization ! When she leaves to go to the office I can tell she really looks forward to being there (which is great). She tells me quite often that her broker Melissa is always helping her do the best she can and keeping her busy with leads, seminars and classes. All I can say is if your looking to buy a house or put your house on the market and want to be in good hands....Get a hold of Hudson Valley Home Connection ! Ask for my wife Kim O'Neil she'll take great care of you !

• Review of "Frank Tangredi Realty" at Newburgh

  I was interested in buying a home frank was the listing agent so I called him to get information about the place, I had my own realtor that I was working with locally but frank assured me that if I used him that I could get a better deal because he was the listing agent. So I decided to make him my realtor, I put in an offer on a place and never heard back, everytime I called him he was not in the office or was too busy to talk to me and assured me he would call me back and after days and weeks of this I decided to move on with my local realtor and find a place, we put an offer on one and heard back the same day! I will never do business with frank again or recommend him to anybody! If he is the listing agent, RUN FAR AWAY unless you have unlimited time and budget to wait. If he feels the offer is too low and will embarrass him by submitting it, he won't submit it and will just waste your time instead of being honest! This is the most important decision of your life get someone who understands you and your needs!

  I have to say every time I have called for information, I have dealt with someone extremely rude from the leasing department... From buying my home to inquiring about leasing a commercial facility. You say Newburgh is seeking growth? How about not saying "If I had a dime for every question I was asked, I'd be rich" when someone is inquiring about a property - Help, assist with direction of locating one that fits their needs. Which is why I ultimately purchased my home without the broker and now I secured a different broker for my business venture. I will say however, the initial receptionist was pleasant, I may offer her a job. Sincerely, Frank
